"First of I wanted to let you know this is my first review that I have ever left for a company!!! I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for Matthew. We had signed a contract to buy another house , so my anxiety level was very high to get our house sold. It began with the beautiful, color, spiral bound, 17 page brochure of our house. We were given advise on pricing which was very comforting. We wanted a little painting done before the house went on the market. Matthew contacted a painter for us who was very reasonable and did great work in a very timely manner. After the inspection there were several small problems and an unforeseen large problem. Before he met us to go over the list, he had made calls to contractors to get estimates. How wonderful to not have to do that ourselves! As we approached closing I got messages from Matthew that he had checked to see how the sale was proceeding and wanted to inform me that the buyer did not need an appraisal and the buyers financing was in place and the closing would take place on time.
